All rented vehicles must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location specified in the rental agreement.
Vehicles should be returned in the same condition as at the time of rental, barring normal wear and tear. Any damage beyond normal use will incur repair charges.
Fuel level should be the same as at pickup; otherwise, refueling fees will apply.
2. Return Timeframe
Customers must return vehicles by the scheduled return time to avoid additional charges. Late returns will be billed at the applicable hourly or daily rate.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start date may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental.
No refunds will be issued for early returns.
